Philadelphia Event Planners (www.PhiladelphiaEventPlanners.com) walked into a winter wonderland last week after setting up the decor for an event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia-Valley Forge. Our team is not only there to assist planning your event, we also design and decorate to make it an experience you and your guests will not forget!
For this particular event, we used quite a variety of florals (check out some of our other work) from hydrangea, lilies and roses to amaryllis, freesia and anemones. The theme was winter wonderland so everything was white, creating an elegant frost look.
With ten tables for $1,200, inclusive of delivery, set up and break down, the event was a beautiful success and guests walked away ready for the winter season. However, preparation wasn’t the only thing they walked away with! At Philadelphia Event Planners, guests are able to walk away with the centerpiece flower bouquets.
The beautiful centerpiece glassware is available for rent or loan at any event as well as a few different designed napkin holders. For this event you can see that we used three different napkin holders that really made an impact on the design of the tables.
